Various drawings I’ve done over time…

I did a handful of drawings for the "First Monday Concerts" series at the Lutheran Church of Honolulu.

Here is a sampling of drawings I did for blog posts. Some were used as the ”featured image” that appears just below the post title. Others were used within posts. BTW, this post’s featured image, “Cosmic Gull”, was originally used for a post that has been deleted. It’s found a home here instead.

I thought it would be interesting to draw the view from our lanai at different times of the day. For these, I started with a photo that either I or my wife Cathy shot. I traced the basic structures from the photos, then applied color, shading, etc. Drawings: Photos:
