I am what is sometimes termed an agnostic atheist. I don’t believe supernatural entities such as gods exist but I’m open to the possibility that I could be wrong.
Can an atheist be spiritual? Of course. Humans are, by nature, spiritual beings. This is what I mean: We look for connection to something larger than ourselves. For some, this means belief in deities. But I feel that connection to the universe itself. And all of us need community, a sense of belonging. You can find out more about my spirituality here.
